Hand-pulled Ramen and cut noodles were perfect. The perfect chew! The broths were excellent, full of flavour and spices were perfect. The skewers were much better than the noodles, maybe I ordered a not very authentic dish. The texture of the noodles were nice but the flavors were just alright. Highly recommend the beef and lamb skewers. The service was a bit slow, however kudos to the one and only server in the store who were busy because he had to deal with literally everything. read more.
