We give this place 3.5 stars The atmosphere is definitely nice and it was not overcrowded.

This place has mediocre food and lots of bugs outside.

So this place is located right in the heart of downtown Niagara Falls.

Went to Kelseys before the show. All of our meals were great. Great food, fast service. Will definately be back!!
