Kfc - Hamilton

I was very disappointed with my experience at KFC for the second time. The fries were cold and there were no condiments or napkins provided.

This will be my final visit to your location! This is the third time I have come to the drive-thru and been completely ignored. It has happened twice before, and tonight was the last straw. I arrived at 5:55pm on Monday, October 2nd, 2023, and saw another car at the drive-thru pull away. I waited for almost three minutes with no one coming to take my order or indicate that they were open. (They are open until 8pm.) I eventually drove around and saw staff and customers inside, yet I was not served. This has happened to me three times. I have never had this issue anywhere else, so it seems your staff just doesn't want to do their jobs. I will never return. I will now buy from the new Mary Brown's chicken place across the street. You have lost my business forever. To the owners: please address your staffing issues.

We went through the drive-thru, and my family dinner order was filled with chicken wings and other mystery pieces (no thighs, no legs, no breast pieces). I called in, and the manager was willing to replace it, but I wasn't going to drive all the way back to pick it up. I'm hoping this was a one-off. Check your order before you get home.

Zero star needs to be an option for places like this. Literally a drop of sauce for my sandwhiches that would cover maybe 1 bite. So dissapointing why are y'all so damn cheap!!! Locations like this is why kfc is losing
