There's so many choices in Hess village we didn't know where to start. Our 6 and 9 year olds love pizza and Ora Italian kitchen has authentic wood-fired pizza. What User doesn't like about Ora Italian kitchen + bar:
Great sangria and great service. Very overpriced menu for poor quality! I ordered the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer which was supposed to come with eight "jump shrimp". This was not the case. The dish came with 8 small shrimp, 6 olives, and a sliced stale hamburger bun for $17. Very disappointing quality. View all feedback.
Half price Mondays is the best deal you have ever heard off. They have really good servicelots of friendly staffThe chef is super friendly.
Man, we really wanted to like this place but almost every aspect of it was subpar.
This restaurant is located right in the heart of downtown Hamilton, on Hess StWhen I first walked in, the atmosphere was warm and extremely friendly.

The margherita pizza was terrific - fresh basil was a nice touch. Though there was no specific kids menu they enjoyed their pepperoni pizza. Our server seemed to 'get' the fact we have kids - extra napkins and plates. The desserts at the end were also spectacular - especially the Canoli - the filling was the right amount of subtly sweet and the shell crispy - made in house of course. Thanks for making our first night in Hamilton so tasty!
Went to Ora with a couple friends for food and drinks the other night and had a great time.Vibe was fun, which I'd have to say is because of their servers/managers always being is an upbeat mood. We were seated by one of the owners (we think) who had us laughing instantly which set the tone for our evening. Our server Riah started us off and she was just as energetic and fun as the manager. We all are wine drinkers and the wine list there is large and more than capable of pleasing any wine fan. We all ordered pizzas and apps to share which were all on point, wood oven pizza just tastes better! Stand out was the stuffed mushrooms (a generous portion) and the pork tenderloin pizza, sooo good. The tables around us seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. So if you are a local or in town for an event in the area hit this place up for sure!Visited on a Monday with friends around 7pm.
