What Lilian likes about Osmow's:
The workers are super welcoming and came to ask us how our meal was while we were sitting down. They even let us know that their in-house spice is different from other locations, which was really helpful because it was very spicy! The chicken was very tender and the sauces were delicious! Staff was surprisingly rude, the two girls made snarky remarks to each other and giggled about what I ordered because I asked for no onion? It was just some mean girl behaviour clearly but that isn’t necessary and leaves you with the ick. All the other times I have been here have been pleasant, just surprised to see such a drastic change in quality of service tonight. read more.

Food is decent good depending on the day. However on my last visit I saw plastic burning on the grill where chicken is cooked, it had melted on there as the bag...

"First time stopping here ... I picked up an order of enchiladas and a piece of chicharron.I enjoyed both items... but I must admit the salsa with the enchiladas had a different taste to it... I can't quite figure out the taste but I almost want to say it was like a BBQ sauce...It was good, just different!Sorry, there is no picture of the chicharron... I ate it before getting home and taking a picture. ?"
