I pick up my mobile order from this location a few times a week. On Thursday I ordered a coffee and yogurt (don't usually order yogurt). When I arrived, I grabbed the coffee and left. I called in and let them know I forgot, and on Friday when I went, they had my yogurt sitting with my coffee. Didn't even have to ask. May seem like a small thing, but that was some real customer service. Much appreciated! View all feedback.

The Quality of Service appears to be improving with the presence of the District Manager however my service today was sub par, my coffee was made with milk not cream, seeing this I politely mentioned the coffee appears to be made with milk as it is too dark to be a triple triple.I was again met with confrontation rather than the trained customer service I expect at any Time Hortons Location.I understand this location... Worst coffee I have ever had at TimHortons. They served coffee which is not hot enough even not warm and I asked for napkins, she’s not listening to me.
