The service was good. A fair amount of chooses on the menu. Chicken, fish, beef, salads, soups. The food came in a timely manner and was good. Had bison burger, tacos, tomato soup and salad. Would go back again. View all feedback.

I took a client to dinner, two nights in a row at this establishment. The first night we sat at the bar, and were served by a young woman who thought she was Sarah Silverman. When we returned the next night, the same woman was working . She then proceeded to announce to whole bar area, how much alcohol my client had consumed the night before. My wife and I with our 11-year-old son, ate in turtle jack’s upper james st for 4 nights while we were on holiday from Britain. we enjoyed every meal the food and service were excellent and we were made so. we recommend this restaurant
We went for a Sunday dinner 2 adults and 2 children and all of us were very disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the fried chicken dinner and the kids portion of chicken fingers were larger than his (I’m pretty sure it’s the same chicken). My 4...cheese chicken pasta was over seasoned so it was replaced with a new one, just melted shredded cheese on plain pasta. The kids meatballs were cold but we already complained so we didn’t want to complain some more. The service was very good and the manager was great, the food quality is not what we were expecting.

We had a difficult time to find a place to eat dinner that was not loud or too busy finally found this place. chicken wing caesar salat and chicken parmesan. wings and chicken parm were delicious, but the caesar would have used more speck and...repeat parm, but was still ok. our waitress was very friendly and helpful she forgot a few very small things, but no problem, as she formed for those with her helpful and friendly demeanor
We visited this place on Friday night, 2 couples and 2 children. service was amazing, eating came hot and just as ordered and made perfect. the 2 youngest guests were alerted and had a great experience. (4 and 2...years) high chair was available, sections were perfect and although not the lowest price menu on top james, the quality of the portions was justified.
