"For lunch to Bouilla's change to sandwiches. I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and polite. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was from this world. I can't stress enough that the sandwich I had was the best sandwich I ever had. The cook is incredibly competent and increases every aspect of food. The bread was homemade and not thick or fat at all (many residuals in Hamilton seem to suffer from fat sandwich syndrome). I ordered the tuna sandwich, and the ingredients were fresh and tasteful. The tuna was made with a fantastic relish and Mayo and had taste profiles I could not even have IMAGINED for a tuna sandwich; almost lemony, fresh and clean. And fresh spinach! It was amazing. Everything on the plate was fantastic, including the carrot 'garnish', which was fresh and crisp, but easily cultivated in a kind of homemade sol. I'll come back as soon as I can try another dish. These guys are serious with their food."
