the majority of the food was served hot to warm, but a few items were lukewarm to barely warm. the rolls were very hot and fresh, and I didn't have them so long. the house side salad uses the same bowl, but not so much salat. What User doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
Hit or miss. I went a few weeks ago and it was excellent. I went tonight and the steak was over cooked the first time, undercooked the second, and just overall not great flavor. Staff was nice but the girls in the front couldn’t be bothered to greet us when we walked in- we clearly interrupted gossip section.
