I've stopped in a handful of times since Chipotle is a lot further than I would like it to be. This location is always empty. At most, there will be one additional customer on a good day. Owner is visibly not interested in retaining customers as much as she is in her ridiculous add-on charges (for EVERYTHING). This establishment fails to honor coupons within the Panchero app. View all feedback.
Do not eat here. Horrible customer service and very bland food.

Burritos are very good and the tortilla is pressed and cooked right in front of you. Queso has perfect amount of spice as well.
Had the cashier tell me 2 different cards wouldn't work. When I paid cash, she short changed me. I will never be back. It's a shame, because this business could do so well in this area. Its kind of a deadzone for this type of restaurant.
