I am more than pleasantly surprised by the problem-free treatment of a complaint. I had ordered an ice cream café, which unfortunately didn't taste coffee at all. I was told that the preparation was followed by a powder. But of course you'd bring him back, that's not a problem. I order a normal coffee.
