All of their seafood is frozen. The blackened catfish had a bad freezer burnt taste that just wouldn’t leave your mouth. The fried catfish, the batter was so salty My wife had to go get her blood pressure checked. The fried alligator was on point. Although The shrimp are frozen. They still taste fine.
