What User likes about Mcdonald's:
The service here is consistently modern and attentive. The staff genuinely care about their customers. I ordered a frappe while they were cleaning the machine, and they went out of their way to ensure I had a drink while I waited for my coffee. The service is excellent, and the employees really demonstrate true customer support. They even offer a raise to the person who cleans the frappe machine on Sundays. View all feedback. I visited this restaurant twice and was unable to finish my order both times. On one occasion, there was a power outage that caused their system to go down, making it impossible to process mobile orders. The next time, the coffee machine was broken. On yet another visit, the ice machine was out of order, and the staff gave customers a hard time when they tried to show their orders on their phones. View all feedback.
