"It 's like this.... This place is not what I thought it be. Being a Ballarat local I drive pass this place all the time and think nothing of it. But tonight on the way back from Melbourne we thought why not, let 's do it. I was expecting something like a Pizza Hut set up, but after entering the door it 's completely opposite. Beautifully renovated, friendly staff and just a great feel from once i entered. The highlight though is the food and the man who cooked it! You can just tell (and I 'm not foodie) that its fresh and made RIGHT. I just wanted to hug the chef and say thankyou, keep it up. And here 's the thing 'THEY STUFFED UP MY ORDER! ' And the chef came over and apologized, not the waiter the chef. He fixed my order and it was perfection. You see since cooking shows have been on TV we are all experts, we know what to look for now, there 's no hiding. As long as the owners keep this chef and they keep the menu interesting they will continue to kick goals. Long story short 'I will be back. '"
