Haven’t been here in years and I mean YEARS. Glad I visited on the outside at least. Never knew the history here especially the sports and Dr.J and the concerts. The park grounds surrounding the Coliseum is fantastic with plenty of shade trees for the sunny days. Great walking paths for exercise as well. read more.

What Cathie Bales doesn't like about Hampton Coliseum:
How can a venue offer seating for 10,000 people and have only one exit from the parking area.The astonishing thing is the traffic has to cross traffic to turn left with no stoplight.There is absolutely no effort to have police spend 30 minutes facilitating the exodus.Plan to sit in your car for a minimum of 1 hour to exit the parking lot.How can the city allow this venue to continue operating with only one exit witho... read more.

"I saw this place on Triple D. Since I live 4 miles away, I had to try it. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich and a side salad. The bread was fresh, homemade. Grilled to a nice crunch but softer inside than a typical panini. The pork was delicious and the portion was large. Seating is limited but the dining area is rustic. The staff is friendly and professional. They had “Nirvana Live” on the audio system. Awesome! Last but not least, I spotted the baked goods display and bought some orange iced cookies. They were fantastic! I will be a regular!"

"AVOID THE RIBS! Since bbq sandwich and beans was good value for lunch, I figured the ribs would be equally as good. Ribs were over cooked, probably boiled and then finished on grill and way to expensive for five ribs. They were chewy and I gave them to my dog because they were not at all palatable. I would recommend they stop serving ribs and just stick with chopped bbq and beans. Keep it simple."
