Josh was an attentive waiter. The food was better than a recent visit to an upscale seafood restaurant. The scallop and shrimp skewers were perfect. The manager, Binko, stopped at our table to inquire how everything was. What Jacqueline Jackson doesn't like about Red Lobster:
We went there on 3/10/24 to celebrate my mother's 84th birthday. She loves red lobster. The food was horrible. When the house salad was brought out, we were told that they were out of tomatoes but, if we weren't ok with that, they could give us some. I told the young man that it was absolutely not okay,.I want what I paid for. My mom ordered broccoli well done (she can't chew it if it's too hard) and still never got... View all feedback.

My only complaint was the rice wasn't done. The server was pleasant and very attentive.

Ordered a Bahama Mama and it was TOO strong and didn't look right (coloring). The Berry Mango Sangria was good as an alternative. The atmosphere was loud because a very young child was crying nonstop for at least 20 minutes. I felt bad for the child and the parents. There are 5 tables near where we sat and they have not been bused in over 45 minutes. Our server was Brandon. He has not checked on us since bringing our meals, which was 30 minutes ago. We wanted our check and were told it was already paid for. In talking the manager, we told her how this used to be a great experience but now we are not coming back any time soon.
Quickly sat, clean and comfortable seating. The general space of the restaurant was clean. Friendly service, very attentive.Parking: There is no wrap around within the parking lot on the front side of the restaurant that faces the busy main road.If you have a larger vehicle and end up facing the wrong way, you would have to exit the lot onto the main road and go to the next entrance to the shopping center and come back the other way. Otherwise there is parking beyond the restaurant lot in the shopping center adjacent to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options and a menu for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide space between main aisles and standalone tables where you can pull up your wheelchair but not a lot in the way of height displacement.
