This is such a great room with the windows to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee! I'm waiting for a friend and the staff is so wonderful to let me set

"I had to make an empty trip for delivery and could not be paid for because the food was not ready and they could not tell me how long the waiting period would be. They are not consideration for delivery drivers and it does not smell good there. So the food is garbage This is it"

"I definitely want to give them a big shoutout for catering my dinner with a few hours notice. They went all out with the menu and we had so much food leftover even after everyone got a to go bag! Everyone was raving how amazing the food was. Souper Pho is definitely hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The food is delicious and as authentic as it can be. The owner has a lot of soul and you can tell how much he loves his restaurant and the customers."

"One of the few really high quality places in Norfolk that I wish was closer to back home in NYC. They take their craft seriously, and everything I've had here is delicious and well made. Their sandwich menu is great, and their burger is 100% one of the better burgers I've had. Juicy, thick patties with buttery, warm bun. Throw some of their hot sauce on there for sure (it's not too spicy at all). Don't sleep on their fries either the sauce and pieces of roasted garlic are to die for. Crisp but more tender and potatoey they keep some of the skin on there so you know they're real potatoes."

"So me and my fiance got food tonight I ammmm so glad I didn’t eat it. The fries were brown like they were over cooked and the salad had a fruit fly in the salad I never seen that before from chic fil a they have really slacked off a whole lot in the hampton roads areas.
