"While we had good experiences at eating, we would not recommend takingout. try to order online, but it would not allow us to choose a time. that was important because we first found others. That's why we called the order. We picked it up when we came home, an article had disappeared. also nothing was marked, which was confusing, as some of the articles had several items. would not recommend takeout."

"The Italian Wedding Soup was delicious! I love that all the soups are homemade. I enjoyed the meatloaf sandwich. Couldn't eat it all and took it with me. The beer was COLD! The bartender/ server was personable and I enjoyed his knowledge of the history of this restaurant. You have to go here. The inside is beautiful!"

"A little expensive, but you get what you pay for! The atmosphere is unique in the area and more upscale than most other places locally. They often host fun events and music. The club atmosphere isn't for everyone, so be warned if you show up late and it's getting loud. Their drink selection is right on and they often carry drinks you can't find elsewhere."

"I had the Yooper Philly with homemade chips and coleslaw. The sandwich was simply roast beef on homemade white bread with mayo and lettuce. Simple but delicious. The homemade chips and coleslaw were good and peppery. We were there early April, so there were few customers. The service was quick and friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful view of Portage Lake and the bridge."
