"Visited for my birthday, which was noted in the reservation. First time a restaurant didn't acknowledge it. Server turned away when my husband tried to tell her. Everything she did was at top speed, like a hummingbird flying from one person to the next and then flying off. She dropped the check in a glass in front of my mother and turned to another table even though my mother was holding the credit card in her hand for the server take the check immediately. [We don't understand leaving the check and walking away. Servers get busy and don't come back to get the credit card. We scrutinize the bill when it's brought back to sign. The place was almost full. Incredibly noisy. Tables placed fairly distant from each other. Did not feel crowded. Chairs and tables comfortable. No ambience. Iced tea weak. Wine glasses unusual. Time between starters and main plates excessively long ~25 minutes. Couldn't tell if any other table got bread, but we didn't. Beans Greens, Branzino Mussels, pepperoni pizza, green salad, rosa sauce, and rigatoni served with the veal parmigiana all outstanding. Bread would have been great to sop up the sauces on the first two. My husband said the first bite of his veal parm was overly salty. He didn't like the rosa sauce in place of marinara. [Think they can offer a choice? The two others who got the same were satisfied and happy to have portions to take home. Long wait to get dessert menus. She brought two for five people. Nothing looked appealing, even the tiramisu the way it was described. No cannoli. Surprised since I thought the place is related to The Crispy Cannoli. The bill was $33 per person before tip, reasonable for the quality and quantity."
