While it may be a bit heavy, the Kosher Food Lovers (their food truck is on another farmer market every day), it is worth research. They have a limited amount of dishes, but they are made fresh. What User doesn't like about Kosher Food Lovers Food Truck:
the choice of vegan food is more than twice as much as that with meat that I liked very much. I chose the Tofu-Pastrami bagel (has paid 5€) the bagel was delicious, only the whipped missed me, a little more seasoned would have been good. View all feedback.
Die Auswahl der veganen Speisen ist mehr als doppelt so viel wie die mit Fleisch, das hat mich schon sehr gefreut. Ich habe mich für den Tofu-Pastrami Bagel entschieden (habe 5€ gezahlt). Der Bagel war lecker, nur hat mir der Pfiff gefehlt, etwas mehr Würze wäre gut gewesen.
Die Beiden sind einfach toll. Das Essen ist jedes Mal ein Genuss und mittlerweile habe ich fast die ganze Karte durch. Unbedingt ausprobieren

They're just great. eating is a pleasure every time and so far I have almost the whole card.

I tried her vegan Shabbes Cholent, that's a traditional Jewish dish prepared before the Sabbath (departing Jews must not cook with fire on Sabbath) and left warm during the holiday. I would describe it as a curry that does not taste strongly from curry spices, but if you are familiar with Japanese curry, it will probably taste familiar to you. This dish is sold by a huge pot that they prepare earlier, all other dishes (especially sandwiches) are freshly prepared. Ironically they describe themselves as Jewish
