Dinner was optical prepared overaveraged, beef tartar was with to much butter and garlic, defined well tasting but without pure beef taste. Main course steak was blue, meat quality was not supporting this. Missing also Maillard reaction. I preferred medium rare und would give it...another minute. Have not been asked.
