We four people went for a Friday dinner and were generally satisfied with the food and service. Two of us had the suprise menu which was really nice. However, the waitresses could not tell us what courses the suprise menu comprised of. Obviously, that is...no problem and we ordered it anyway. Dinner was optical prepared overaveraged, beef tartar was with to much butter and garlic, defined well tasting but without pure beef taste. Main course steak was blue, meat quality was not supporting this. Missing also Maillard reaction. I preferred medium rare und would give it...another minute. Have not been asked. Dessert was too heavy sugar weighted... Do not understand why so high ranked here. Average in total View all feedback.
