In a quiet street hidden behind some hedges is this relaxed place where you can sit in and out. The kitchen is very german with spatzle (egg-based noodles) with all kinds of side-dishes. The food is really good and tasteful. Portions are good with the... possibility to get some moore noodles and sauce for the big eaters! Surely a place where we'll come back. Payment was quite difficult, but in the end it worked well. View all feedback.
What Christa Göbel doesn't like about Spatzle Haus:
Food was pretty 08-15. Cheese parrots and late skating with spinach and garlic sauce were totally boring. Too bad the store and the idea are really good. The cook could be more than just soup powder cream. Food: 1 Service: 3 atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
It is a beautiful location near the Great Garden. The young employees are very friendly and committed. They serve excellent dishes with fresh ideas. And it's far beyond late.

I was taken here by my colleagues whilst attending a trade fair at the Hannover Messe. The restaurant was very busy with a variety of different group sizes, so there was a very good atmosphere. The food on offer is traditional southern German based around...Spatzle (German egg noodles). For starters I had Potato and Carrot soup which was slightly spiced and served with German bread. For main I had vegetable Spatzle with Turkey in a gorgonzola sauce. The two courses were very good. I enjoyed the noodles and would recommend the Spatzle Haus to anyone visiting Hannover.
