I have had some really nice experiences at restaurants in Ha Noi recently, this was one of the best. We shared a 450 grams dry-aged rib eye which was melt in the mouth succulent, beautiful marbling and no gristle!! And the sides! The fries, hand-cut and potato wedges were fabulous.
