about my time in hanoi I was about 4 times in this buffet, eating is always quite similar, but it is so delicious that they are happy to eat again on the same. at 30k it is the cheapest they find and contains tee and water. a very good looking environment with friendly people, it fills around 12 clocks with local and expats alike. not the sweetest places and can easily miss that gives it just more charm.
