Food is so-so. Vermicelli roll was a bit cold and thick. Fried rice was warm and did not seem to be freshly fried. Pan fried radish cake was a tad soft. Char siew bun, lettuce and chrysanthemum tea were alright. Service was prompt and good. View of city at 36th floor was excellent View all feedback.
