Baskin-robbins - Hanover

I ordered a cake online 2 days in advance on a Friday to be able to pick the cake up on Sunday at 3pm. I get confirmation in an email and go to pick up my cake (that I ordered for my dad's birthday). No one ever made the cake and the person who makes the cakes did not work that weekend. Soooo, I don't understand why I was never notified that the cake wasn't being made but there was no communication about the cake and It was disappointing to not have a cake for his birthday. They offered me another cake but I wanted a custom cake. Make sure you speak to someone if you order a cake online to make sure it will be made.

Extremely rude.... Went through the drive threw and I the guy seemed very annoyed when speaking with me and once I got to the window I said hello how are you? He looked at me with disgust on his face handed me my bag and I said thank you and looked him in his face to try and make him acknowledge in a sencere way again he looked me dead in face and closed the window. My husband asked if the manager was there he said yes my husband asked if he could speak with the manager the guy said no sorry no manager hear and again closed the door without any form of kind gesture

Picked up my daughter's birthday cake...opened it once we got home..birthday was spelled Birth Day ...her name was misspelled..the flowers didn't even look like flowers..it is ridiculously

If you like a thick milkshake, this is not the place for you. The milkshake I just got is very thin-too much milk, and they don't offer to put whipped cream or a cherry on top. Disappointing. The donuts at Dunkin are good and coffee is decent.

This location is pretty laid back. The time I came it was slow and the staff was relatively attentive. The issues I had is that it wasn't as clean as some other Dunkin near here yet it being so slow it seemed like that wasn't a problem over being too busy.
