I worked at mod pizza and turns out the flower charcoal is in the did not vegan at all. they've been stuck in him to hold the crust together. I also heard from the manager of the load that the regular crust has a small amount of molke in it, so it is not vegan as well! mod is out. View all feedback.
Fantastic service and delicious pizza! They offer a gluten-free crust and vegan cheese, both of which are excellent! Highly recommend!
I used to work at Mod Pizza, and I discovered that the cauliflower crust is not vegan at all. They add a binding agent to hold the crust together. Additionally, I heard from the manager that the regular crust contains a small amount of dairy, so it's not vegan either. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to Mod.
The vegan cheese they offer is quite tasty, but it did feel a bit sticky, which is a common issue with most vegan cheeses. The crust on the mini pizza was very thin, and while that’s not my personal preference, I know that others enjoy it. It's worth noting that they don't use separate gloves or pizza cutters for the pizzas, so if you're concerned about avoiding any contact with animal products, it's a good idea to ask whether they use separate tools.

This was the most amazing salad I've ever had at any restaurant! The women who work there are wonderful.
