What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
The smoothies are always great and we normally have no problems with staff but today was something else. The guy at the drive thru was clearly under the influence of something. First off, he greeted me by saying welcome to smoothie palace. which I thought was really strange but brushed it off as him just misspeaking. He did it again though when he handed me my smoothies and called them something completely different.... View all feedback.
For the price they should really pay attention to what you are saying, asking, telling. Not impressed ?
Smoothie was great. But customer service was lacking. Guy they served me acted like he didn’t want to be there and I was annoying him. Very unfriendly.
Best smoothies. A customer service refresher may be required. The conversation with the customers should be more professional.
