What User likes about Kingswood Entertainment Centre:
Def. a fun place and entertaining for all ages. Bouncy castle for the young ones, arcades for the older and bowling for the rest of us. The toddler game area costs 11$ with no time limit which is great but the arcades are over priced especially if you have a big family. The cheapest game is 1.75$ and lasts about 30 seconds so you can easily burn through 25-30$ kid for 10 minutes. read more.

What User doesn't like about Kingswood Entertainment Centre:
The play place for my two (7 and 8) was awesome as was the bouncy castle. We thought the arcade would be a fun time so bought 50$ worth of tickets it feels like a letdown, unfortunately. The customer service and refunds have been fine for each game that isn't working which is why I'm reviewing it at 3 stars but it's frustrating to keep having to go up for games not working and not being labelled out of order.
