"We held our wedding here and were blown away by how well we were treated. The manager and all the staff made sure everything went exactly to plan. Our guests were raving about the food, and one guest with unique dietary restrictions was so happy she hugged the manager. I highly recommend this place as a restaurant and as a wedding venue. To everyone at Moco Mactaquac, thanks for being so awesome!!!"

"Met a friend here, biked over on the trail, ordered some food only to be told bikes aren't allowed near the picnic tables. I didn't have a lock so I had to leave, got my super dry wings to go... At the very least post visible signs saying bikes aren'tallowed, not exactly what I expected from a trailside spot."

"The Fish Chowder was rich and creamy, the Chicken Pasta was very flavourful and the decorations were very pretty on the food. The Seafood Jambalaya had a nice spicy taste in its rice. The scallops were juicy and soft with a soothing taste to the mouth. Inside the building, it was so decorated and so hard worked on. The staff were very kind and the Mandarin Cake was very soft, sweet, and it had a nice sour tang of the orange to the desert. It was worth every penny I spent! Would’ve gave it 6 stars!"

"The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, but I wouldn't want to be seated at one of the 2 or 4 tops that is just sitting in the middle of the room. Would be nice if they had some kind of privacy dividers to make it feel more intimate. I see other reviews mention how smokey the dining room was and I agree, I think they need their HVAC serviced. Our waiter was pleasant but not much of a people person. As for the food, the bam bam shrimp were tasty, but they had a little handful of mixed greens with red onion and baby tomatoes on the side that had no dressing of any kind, didn't seem to do much for the dish. The dessert, sticky toffee pudding, was really solid. As for the main entrees, the lemon meringue salmon was decent, the Korean fried chicken had good flavors, but they used a 9oz butterflied chicken breast which seemed like overkill and didn't present well, two chicken thighs would've been more tender and plated nicer. Both plates had a side of roasted potatoes which had clearly been sitting in a warming oven for too long, over seasoned with chili powder and dried rosemary and were room temp.
