They forgot one of our entrees until the rest of our table was half way done eating. No one came to check if we needed anything. Didn't know the tip was included in the bill so the waiter got a hefty Christmas tip. Would have been nice to know that part. Overall great food, clean restaurant. View all feedback.

Hannah, Jimena and Ocean were excellent! The service was wonderful and the drinks were top notch. Will be back again due to tye excellent way we were treated.
I had a birthday dinner reservation that I made a week prior for 7:15pm. On the day of the reservation, once we got to this location we were advised that location apparently have a party and they will be closing and kicking everyone out by 8PM. Location never notified us about that and ended up having to scramble to find a different restaurant to have a birthday dinner. Never been to Margarita Factory and I was looking forward to trying it out, but after this situation I will never even try coming back to this business.
My friends and I have been here many times. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful service. Beautiful place. I gave food for stars because I have had better food. I will give them mixed drink a five star though. Highly
