I've been to smaller Du Monde locations but this was my first time at the Jackson Square location. It was a great experience. I was able to go for breakfast two days in a row. Frozen cafe au lait and an order of beignets is all I need to start my day. There was great music playing right outside the restaurant. It couldn't have been more perfect. View all feedback.

I feel like this is one of those experiences that people just do because it’s “the thing to do”, but it’s really not. I liked that it was open so early we could just walk up from the playground in City Park order outside. I’m glad we did it, but only for the sake of the experience. Very nice food, need more staff as service was slow but not their fault just very busy for them! Nice live music by street performers too!
Always a wonderful sweet treat! You cannot go to the Big Easy without stopping by the cafe and and having a sweet treat. The staff and everyone is great.
