What patraveller2007 likes about Great American Grill:
First time at this HGI and we will definitely return. Angel at the front desk is outstanding. Made check in easy and got us into a room early so we could use their shuttle to the outlets. Drivers in both directions and to the airport next morning were terrific, even had the operations manager drive us back to the hotel as the regular diver had not yet started his shift. What jgibbs1223 doesn't like about Great American Grill:
The sofa bed was in poor condition. Mattress pad was obviously unwashed. Breakfast is NOT free. $10 per person for muffins, cereal and toast…I think not Hot buffet was $19 per person. This hotel spacious. Our rate wasn’t bad but we overheard several people in the lobby complaining about their rate. View all feedback.
