Fukanoya is a gentle, homey, and relaxing spot to enjoy sushi and sashimi. We had nami nigiri and chirashi. I would say taste itself is something that is quite expected. Fish are very fresh and do not have any fishy smell or taste to it. I definitely do recommend to visit here if you are in town especially if you want to relax. But it is pretty pricey for the food. This place used to open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner. It then opened only for dinner. And then it changed to opening only 4 days a week. Now it no longer takes take out order. Good food but it is too much work trying to fit their schedule and limited options. View all feedback.
