This was an absolutely amazing place to stay!! We stayed at Bear The room at this bed and breakfast during the visit of the area for the tunnel of trees....

I wife and I enjoyed our visit to highland hideaway Beverly, our host, was friendly and funThe bed-and-breakfast was extremely clean.

"Finished up our bicycle ride with brews and dinner. Abigail was our cheerful server. After a short wait, we snagged a table on the deck outside. The warm pretzel appetizers come with three dipping sauces, the peanut butter and jelly was a favorite. I ordered French dip with onion rings. The bread was fresh and the sandwich was full of beef, onions, and mushrooms. Delish! There is a beer garden on the lower deck where no food is served."

"As a seasonal local, I 'm surprised that the tourists don 't appreciate the high value and enjoyability of a quality, flavor filled dinner that far exceeds Frankenmuth . The service is top notch and there is always enough left over for the next day. I 'm reminded of Yogi Berra 's comment when asked if if still goes to a certain restaurant, and he replied, nobody goes there any more...the lines are too long '. Same with The Dam Site.....the lines are too long!"

"Dear chandlers but have never been for brunch. limited menu, but this is a good one, as the dishes are fantastic. the French toast rates in the top of my fav list. light, with perfect balance of sweet and caramelized sugar. also cookies and gravy. drinks, excellent! and a great service, as always."

"Really good food and coffee but the service there wasn't super nice and I noticed previously people shared this same sentiment. I get it you've got to have a vibe but still.... We got the chicken salad and they have a nice kids menu and fun variety of coffee options including unique blends of drinks."
