"We, together with friends, booked for dinner on the 9th of December 2023. To say the meal was excellent is an understatement, it was marvellous. Please don’t take the seafood risotto or the lambs liver off the menu. All the above cooked and served by the wonderful staff. Thank you all"

"We waited over 40 minutes for Sunday roast. 2 beef and I chicken meal. 2 small slices of beef on the standard meal, frozen roast potatoes, frozen veg, frozen Yorkshire pudding and what can only be described as packet mash that was horrendously dry. The worse part was the frozen chicken portion that resembled an anemic looking lump of jelly. The middle of the chicken was still frozen. The response from the staff was 'oh sorry, here 's your money back for the chicken dinner. As I refused for them to reheat this in the microwave and and bring it back. This place has gone downhill and we won 't be returning."

"Ordered bolgnaise with garlic bread was spot on. The meat is so tasty and pasta was cooked perfect. I also got a text message from the owner saying my food is ready .very friendly and price is just right. Will be going back again"

"Ordered a thali, was told 5/10 mins for takeaway but waited 22 mins, asked what we get and told the same as the eat in thali and went and found out 1 curry, and a dip was missing... when I rang and explained was told no and they the waiter got it wrong..... the food has all coconut in and they don't tell you ... if I had an allergy then what? Best veg restrurant in leicester? are you mad? have you ate out on belgrave road? with the likes of sharmalie etc how did this even win something?
