The staff are actually genuinely very friendly. Tons of customers were talking with the staff waiting for their order, the person at the register complimented my name, and the staff actually remembered what each person ordered and took the time to walk it out to people quite often, when they could just call it out. A good little place to grab a snack and a hot drink. We used to get breakfast here a lot when we were working in the office and have been back since. The food is always good though i have seen a couple of times when peoples orders have been wrong or not up to scratch but I have not had that experience.
