What benhG2828OP doesn't like about Paesan Crouch End:
Unfortunately while this was a night out to celebrate our retirement; the food let us down terribly. The starters were okay; however the mains where we had pasta with aubergine was tasteless and certainly not seasoned. I had to return my food and while the restaurant kindly provided me with an alternative, it was also quite poor in taste. A huge disappointment. View all feedback. read morePaesan in Crouch End offers a promising setting, with a bright roof terrace and rustic decor. However, the food received mixed reviews, with some diners finding the pasta tasteless and underwhelming. Others praised the authentic Italian dishes made with imported ingredients, such as the Norma di Paesan and Ragu di Manzo. The service was friendly and efficient, with unique cocktails like Espresso Martini with a coconut twist. Despite some negative feedback on certain dishes and the cramped seating, Paesan provides a charming atmosphere with outstanding service, making it a great option for lovers of traditional Italian cuisine.
