"REAL Italian Food! I missed traditional Italian cuisine since I moved back from Italy and I didn't know that there was this wonderful piece of Italia here in Killeen. Her pasta is delicious and her pizzas are absolutely authentic and high quality. La Gondola is a visit!"

"I have two stars because the food wasn’t horrible but the customer service was. I came in town to visit my daughter and new grand baby. My daughter is breast feeding but wanted something good to eat. I googled this place and drove 12 minutes to get there. Once I arrived there was no one in there but I still waited to be serviced. The young lady was on the phone, holding the phone on her should and switching from speaker to her ear. She did not wash her hands or wear gloves and was seen sneezing and not covering her face. She warmed up the rice and meat in the microwave and the meat was dry. We tried it but won’t be returning."

"We stay at the bandb it?s wonderfully recommended that. this restaurant but I don't. I worked in the restaurant industry for years. the bartender was pouring on heavy, so hard the drinks were?t drink in the layer. the server was unclear and was not very helpful. my food came out of the bait, it was so cold the butter was up? not even melted, then they took it back and microwave. it came back cold the plate was hotter than eating. they took off the meal, what was it? not what I asked, I asked for it to be made hot. the manager came with an employment to say they would take it back if I paid half the price, because then he would lose two $50 steaks in the night. it came hot, but it was so over boiled it tasted like coarse fat microshaft meat. I am now without dinner after my husband, as already eaten and I had to wait two hours to eat. somehow some of the worst service and eat that I've ever had. the server literally said there was nothing he could do and the manager was willing to help. so sad I can pay $16 for a steak in Texas road house and it comes out great and I can't get it in a very expensive restaurant. this place deserves 0 stars and the manager should find out how to work in customer service. I was so upset that I stood up and went out my man paid for his dinner lamb was very good, and our wee and the manager did not even come to the table."
