I come 2 a month to get our family some bundt cakes, and I always have amazing customer service, but today, my 3 yr son wanted cake for his birthday, and this is the only cake he eats. So I came and got there 4 minutes before closing and in spite of that, they still, without any hesitation, frosted the cake and brought it out to me 20 minutes after closing, even after I told them that they didn't have to.
