Papa's Cafe - Harker Heights

We have been Papa’s fans ever since they opened years ago. We loved going there for the food and service. Ever since Regina left and new owners took over it has gone down hill. We went today and the food was awful and way overpriced. Our waitress was rude and it took over 45 mins for our food to come out. It is heartbreaking to me because we have been customers for so long. We will not return. Don’t waste your money and the customer service and food are horrible. Truly awful food.

Passing thru Killeen and stopped in for lunch. Had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes with brown gravy. It was outstanding. The service was stellar and the restaurant was very clean and tidy.

We went the other day on all u can eat catfish. The service was horrible had to wait 45 min for our food never got drink refills. Would not recommend this place at all plus have seen roaches on ghe floor as well

Food is decent, nothing to write home about really, they are very skimpy with their portions on certain dishes, avoid the chicken with stuffing and gravy
