"Was just at your location in Harlingen @630 09/28/23 and the Makeline was empty and dry while all the ingredients were on the island table uncovered with no employees in the area then one came out and looked lost he went out the back door and still nobody came to the front then a guy came up and I asked what time they close and he said 730 so why was nobody out here to take orders he said we take it apart to clean,, but why so early instead of when your closed then another guy came in from outside the back door nobody washed their hands or put clean gloves on ,, am very disappointed and surprised because I love this place but the last couple times I’ve been to this location it has been the same issue so I don’t order and am upset because I look forward to having this meal soo soo much thought you should know unless this is your protocol for them to be working and I’ll take my business elsewhere smh"

"Very bad service! Girls as cashiers don’t even know what there doing or when your order will come out. I ordered dine in waited for 1 hr 45 min for my order to be ready, I kept asking cashier when my order would be out she said she didn’t know how much longer. I will never be here again bad service and waiting for longer than an hour for just 15 wings is insane!"
