Station 1 Grill - Harlingen

I just had the Parmesan Cod Risotto. It was way too good to even be believable! No negativity towards the restaurant or restaurants in our town, but it had been way too long since I’ve had such a delicious dish! I mean presentation, flavor, texture, freshness(had it to go-although we had dined in), accuracy and altogether went well as a dish. I’m legitimately amazed and how good and fresh this dish is as. 10/10. Would go back consecutively for just this dish!

Station 1 is definitely a hidden gem of its own Caliber. But let me tell you something, will you get good service, yes, most definitely. The drink menu is without say some of the best you 'll find all shaken or stirred the best quality for your pallet. Price is generous for the atmosphere you 're been provided. Food is also a compliment to the pallet. Crowd well, unlike its nearby competitors its definitely a more professional business type environment the slacks and skirts usually fill the evenings occasionally you will see the first timers or the younger swim through for a test. But normally very calm and vibes are set to stage literally with live music. Highly recommend this place for a fancy date Night. P.s I 'm an old fashioned type of guy and let me tell you something ... these are THE BEST I 've had in the whole valley bar none. Hope this helps

Excellent service and incredible food. We had the nachos for an appetizer that were perfect balance of flavor and charm. Entrees were patty melt, Cuban sandwich and buffalo chicken sandwich. All were better than advertised, absolutely spot-on flavors and ingredients. This is a great place slightly off the beaten path, well worth it.

Awesome place. Been here multiple times. Great service everytime. Chill atmosphere. Delicious food. Had a burger.. was fantastic. But their drinks all delicious I had a cucumber something, so refreshing. Old fashioned so good. And a smoked beverage presented in a smoke filled container. Highly suggest checking out this place. Great food. Drinks. And service. . Will be back again.

Really enjoyed this place. Great service, beer selection, and cocktails. Loved the Dale's Pale Ale and the Wild Acre T Hawk. Next time I'm in town I will be there again.
