Staff need better leadership that will instill the value and importance of good customer service. Was the service bad, no but it's not what it should be. The food was ok, lukewarm temperature. Slapped together and shoved out to the table. With the menu selection of meats and better management, this establishment has the potential to be a 5 stars.
