once the entrance door passes the building envelops you with stone, architecture and history. a golden sandstone that speaks of history. large dining tables with white tablecloths and traditional white table. excellent and professional treatment. Could have been atmospheric but just felt rather unwelcome. Arrived at 8.25pm for 8.30pm booking and told to come back as restaurant not open yet. Wagyu beef carpaccio starter was straight from fridge and too cold. Lamb chops were so skinny there was virtually no meat on them. Turbot was better but altogether not a great experience.
