"EXCELLENT food with unique flavor combinations—not just another restaurant for sure!! Service takes a while to get going but then it is excellent. Very friendly staff—literally everyone. They all truly believe in the food and are very excited about it, which makes it all even more special. No one needs just another restaurant—-you want something tasty and memorable, and this, kids, is the place. It isn’t cheap, and some of the portions are small, (tapas style)so just be prepared….but it is quality."

"The food is good, service is friendly. But they continuously mess up to go orders, even after reading back the order. Also, if you order after 730 dont expect fresh fries or wings, are dried out from the heat lamp. I wouldn't care if this was ten dollars but a dozen wings and fries is almost 28$ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"Crab Dip- loved the pieces of crabs it was amazing The Maine Trifecta- wished it was warm, shrimp was a little chewinger than liked, but over all well and fill. Crab Melt- great taste and well paired with the Coleslaw! Drinks were moderate."

"We spent about 2 weeks between Portland and Bat Harbor, especially looking for places the locals love. We dined at the bar and learned several of the parties next to us come in every week for the dynamic menu and Renaissance cocktails. Everything utensils and bev send singular. Nothing rote or tired. Pros: lightly fried artichoke hearts. WOW! Lavender Gimlet, woohoo! Cons: hmmm. Only open 4 nights?? Wheelchair accessibility: Very clean, open, accessible restroom. Tables/ seating were very flexible and staff is way attentive."

"Had the Barnum and the Oliphant, both were delicious. We were there shortly before 12 on a Friday. Waiting line was short and moved fast. Sandwiches can out in a very reasonable time and had chips and pickles with them. Got a yummy chocolate chip/walnut cookie for desert. All hit the spot. Was easy on and off Rt1 We will be back!"
