"First time at Michelangelo's, I walked in the door and 4 employees stood there staring at me not saying anything so I said I'm ordering to go, they showed me where to go to order. When I went to the counter the girl said what's the name, I told her I needed to place an order and she rolled her eyes and said what would you like. As I looked at the menu, that I had to find myself, she stood there sighing, talking to other employees. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni, 2 slices of pizza adding peppers and onion, 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, and a antipasto salad. The pepperoni pizza was decent but the veggie pizza was clearly just cheese pizza with raw hard peppers and onions thrown ontop. They didn't cook it or even warm the slices up. They forgot the salad so we had to go back to get it. They also didn't bother to bag anything up, give us utensils or napkins. We had to get that stuff ourselves. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced"

"3 of us were there and we were all very satisfied. one of the few places where I could get meat ravioli and it was great. we had a new server, but she was great. it is a smaller operation, so patient. it's worth waiting. a little expensive, but they get what they pay."
