I ordered a grilled chicken salad with fries, but what I received was a plain chicken sandwich. Initially, I approached one of the staff members to let them know my order was incorrect. They apologized and said I could still take the sandwich. However, when I checked my food before leaving, I noticed that it was still not what I had ordered.
