My daughter and I stopped here after we had recently taken a walk around the City Island. The steamed shells, cod, potato salad and crab cake were all the best we've ever eaten. Horrible service. I don 't know how they pass a food safety inspection. The place is a mess and they are understaffed. I watched one of the employees use her bare hands to push down the stuff inside the trash can and then continue making someone 's meal without washing her hands.
