It's a 4.5 for me. Take the consistency issue out (meat tastes bland and dry once every 5 visits) and this is not only some of the best priced food but some of the best tasting food you can get in Harrisburg in that sub $15 a meal category. The meat is delicious, plenty of limes and toppings, salsa has some heat and lots of flavor, the pickled pepper is such a great touch. It's really good. Vegetarian option is beans... I ordered the three tacos with rice and beans plate and….it was truly awful. I ordered the birria as the meat choice. Birria is known for its over the top spice and flavor but this was very dry and had next to zero seasonings. The portion of the rice and beans was tiny and they were both extremely bland.
